As a partner with the Friends Counseling Center, we offer any regular attendee who does not have insurance or other means of payment for services a discounted rate of $15 less than the sliding scale rate. All clients will need to provide proof of income as required. Most major insurance and Medicaid is accepted, and partial scholarships are available on a limited basis. To qualify for the discounted rate, this from must be sent by their primary church (please note that this is a referral form and not a release of information. Friencs Counseling Center can not confirm if a client follows through with the recommended referral). Know that all information is kept strictly confidential.
