Use this form for facility rentals at Revolution Church.  

NOTE:  This form does NOT guarantee availability.  Upon submitting, you'll be contacted to confirm date and details.  

Your Information

This is who we will contact about your rental

A $50 non-refundable payment will be required to reserve the date(s) and area(s) requested. The initial payment is due upon approval of event. This payment is in addition to the rental fees listed below. 

Rental fees must be paid at least one week prior to event. 

RENTAL FEES:

Are based on per day or half day usage. A day is considered 4 hours or more; Half days are less than 4 hours.

Entire Building: $500/day - $250/half day 

Auditorium:  $300/day  - $150/half day 

The Factory: $150/day - $75/half day

Concourse Lobby: $100/day - $50/half day

Classroom Space: *$50/day - *$50/half day

Cafe Counters & Coffee pots may be used during the event. Must bring own supplies - coffee, cups, bottled water or other non-alcoholic drinks. 

The kids play area and community kitchen are not available for use during events at this time. 

OTHER FEES:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: $20/hour per Technician (Required if using church equipment, such as sound system, lighting, pro-presenter, etc.)

RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Revolution Community Church reserves the right to refuse any and all requests for rental or use of their facility at their discretion. Furthermore, Revolution Community Church reserves the right to remove any person(s) deemed to be a threat or who is in anyway damaging the facility and further, may terminate any activity which violates the provisions of the contract. 

2. All groups provide their own insurance. Revolution Community Church assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or lost belongings to any person(s) or property on the premises. 

3. All applicants assume financial responsibility and agree to hold Revolution Community Church harmless for any and all losses or damages incurred by any member(s) of the group. 

4. Rental fees are based on room requested and amount of time needed to use the facility. 

5. Rental times are 9:00 AM  - 10:00 PM unless other arrangements are made with the consent of Revolution Community Church Administrator. 

6. All decorations are the responsibility of the applicant and are limited to a temporary nature that can easily be removed. Nailing of decorations to the walls, ceilings, or siding of any structure is prohibited. All decorations must be attached or set up in such a way that they leave no evidence of having been present once they are removed. 

7. The use of confetti in or on the property is prohibited. 

8. All trash containers are to be emptied and trash carried to the dumpster on the east side of the building after the event. 

9. The use of all technical equipment must be prearranged. 

10. The facility must be left in the same condition as prior to event. 

11. Revolution Community Church is a smoke free, alcohol free, and illegal substance free facility and grounds. None of the above will be permitted anywhere on the property. 

12. The facility coordinator will unlock and lock the facility unless other arrangements have been made.
